The clock starts when the crew arrives at your home. Any breaks will be deducted from your time at the end.

The clock will be stopped when the last piece of furniture is off of our tuck and in your home where you want it to be. It will also stop for any breaks your crew takes.

When your crew first arrives, they will have you sign a contract that has the time they arrived at your address and the insurance option you select. At the end of the move they will mark down the time they finished as well as a break down of any supplies that we used. You will be charged for the time and any supplies used.

When hiring us, you agree to our rates and business practices and services. As well as the start and end time of your move. You also agree to the terms of the insurance option you selected. You agree to pay the price settled on at the end of your move.

We accept Cash, Credit/Debit card, and business checks. We do not accept personal checks.

Before the crew leaves your new home we will take payment. If you are paying with a card, you will speak with an office manager who will process your card information.
